How to return your purchase

Please note for yourself the number on the return label. That number enables you to follow the parcel on its way back to us and check if it has reached our facility.
Please keep the receipt that you get when you submit the parcel that is important if the parcel get lost on its way to us. We only take responsibility when the parcel has reached our facility. As soon the parcel is with us you will be informed via an e-mail that we have received your return.
We recomened to yous for your return a pacel service with tracking, as we can’t take responsibility for delayed and lost returns. Of cause we take responibility if the parcel has reached our facility!
Right of revocation
If the goods don’t meet your expectations you have the right of revocation, within the time mentioned after you have received your purchase above. Therefore we need a clearly stated explanation of revocation. For the revocation is no need of any reason or binding form so it can be stated in written or text Form.
